About Us
EARA was established in 2008 and specializes in program evaluation and action research studies. We apply our methods to better enable programs and organizations to demonstrate their results and understand their impact through data. Our efforts are designed to support the continuous improvement of our clients.
EARA associates have applied their expertise in STEM education, Energy, Public Health, and International Development and Education. The sample projects page shows some of the work we have done or are doing.

Project and Program Evaluations
Our associates have worked with multiple organizations on project and full program evaluations. Samples include NASA, USAID, NIH, the World Bank, etc. Our goals are:
Utilize data to inform on goal attainment
Data collection activities to give information that will enable the completion of the project (e.g. survey development and collection, focus groups, interviews, secondary data analysis, etc.)
Recommendations on program successes, improvement areas, and sustainability

Proposal Support
We support businesses, universities, and non-profit organizations develop their proposals to gain funding.
Articulation of program goals and measureable objectives.
Logic models that map out the program inputs, outputs, and outcomes.
Development of the evaluation plans that support a data-based judgement on programs success.

Dissertation Support
We have supported graduate students in multiple ways as the enter the academy.
Methodology development (Typically Chapter 3)
Analysis Support (verifying quantitative and qualitative results)
Providing support on the importance of the findings.
